The paperwork must be finished before we start designing your website. We will send you a quote with the estimate time of completion. The final invoice will be sent to you before we start the designing. The 50% deposit payment is compulsory before the designing starts.
We will setup a Dropbox folder for you to share the final content for your website, with us. We will need Logos, Pictures, Videos, Contact Information, and text. We will assist you through this process if you have any uncertainties. As soon as we are done with this, we will start designing!
Your Home Page will be designed first and send to you for a review. We need full honesty here since this theme and design will impact the whole website. Your criticism is important! Further development will happen according to your criticism.
Your website design is now finished! We will start with the finishing touches. Leave criticism on any small changes that should be done.
Please note: this does not include any design, content or layout changes.
The invoice should now be balanced by paying the final 50%. After this has been done, your website will be live and ready to use. We will then setup all the things for Search Engine Optimisation.
Since your website is launched, we can discuss a maintenance agreement. You can expand your website by adding blogs/articles and more pages (at additional costs). We will also assist you in content maintenance.
We can then also recommend Social Media Management to get the word of your business out there for potential clients.
